The KM14 Dishwasher Thermometer is multi-purpose and can also be used as a conventional food penetration probe thermometer. * Domestic dishwashers have longer wash cycles than commercial dishwashers. As the KM14 Dishwasher Thermometer is designed to auto-shut off after 30 minutes it will not continue to record max/min temperatures after this period.
