This reusable, compact logger is designed for extreme low and high temperature monitoring. The stainless steel probe can be bent, spiralled or angled for hard-to-reach places, such as inside bottles or vials. It is suitable for high moisture environments, like retort sterilization and autoclave validation; for HACCP programs, food processing, pasteurization, flash freezing, chill blast tunnels, and in pharmaceutical and medical laboratories. Delta Manager multi-lingual software programs logging parameters, starts and stops the unit, and reports data graphically, in table format with summary analysis, and exports to Excel for further calculations.
The High Temp Stainless Steel Data Logger is a rugged, high precision unit that requires minimal maintenance. It is easy to program, install and download. The non-volatile memory stores up to 32,700 data points, making it ideal for long term field deployment and a wide variety of applications in pharmaceutical, medical, food and industrial environments.
