Cooper-Atkins Malaysia 1246-03C | Bi-Metal Pocket Test Thermometer
The Cooper-Atkins’ bi-metal pocket test thermometers have an external dimple on the stem to indicate the minimum insertion point. The Cooper-Atkins 1246 Series is not recommended for thin, delicate foods such as hamburger patties, seafood and pork chops. The bi-metal pocket tests have a magnifying lens for improved reading and a pocket sheath with adjustment wrench, made with antimicrobial plastic. Our Cooper-Atkins 1246-02C dials have a blue indicator mark at 32° (freezing point) for ease of adjustment and a HACCP danger zone highlighted in red.
The 1246-03C Bi-Metal Pocket Test features a red protective sheath with anti-microbial additive, adjustment tool and pocket clip. NSF certified and it is field adjustable.
